You are right on the line between medium and large.
So it really depends on your fitting preference.
If you like a longer pad, would suggest to go with the large size.
But if you like a shorter pad, would suggest to go with the medium size.
Whatever your choice is, you can exchange the grips as long as it was not used in the gym and have the original packaging with you.
